Exercising next to a cold?
Some populace talk almost the above the neck / below the d¨¦colletage thing. How in the order of this? If the cold is in your principal then jump ahead but if its in your chest after take a rest (just made up the rhyme)
I'm roughly too stubborn to stop (though I do slow down a bit) and while I feel OK while doing the exercise I almost other feel doomed to failure the next morning (though I can't tell if I would be aware of like that anyway)
What more or less saunas or hot baths?

Answers: rest rest rest. Its common sense, the more you rest the sooner you will rest. Although you may be able to exercise near a cold it will prolong the illness. I hold exercised with a cold and my cold last for weeks, it just would not walk away, it was miserable.
Yes, only do it away from the other people so you do not win them sick. Exercising will help your body to circulate your white blood cell witch will help you to m¨ºl¨¦e your cold and make you touch better.
