Small itchy bump lower than eye?

I have a small itchy bump right lower than my eye (my lower lashes cover it up). It is not red but very itchy.. what could it be?

Maybe a mosquito/spider bite? It might be a tick, too. See a doctor or use an anti-itch cream. Hope this helps!
