Answers:    capably since the advance of audible range technology has made them small to fit within the ear, the old over the ear near the mic and battery losing the ear have be come non-operational,,or have they? the ripened style ones are now sold contained by hunting stores/catologes as hunter ears to hear game ..reasonably a noval idea.. look up walker's team game ear ..more bucks..or woodland whisper.. cheap
What does she relieve hearing? The TV? There is a device that can be used specifically for the TV call TV ears. You usually need to writ it from an audiologist. Cost is around $200. There is also a system called a pocket tattler where she can where on earth a headphone and you can talk into a microphone. Not the prettiest article, but it prevents everyone from having to shout. Cost is around $150.

Also if audible range aids are her best option you can obtain a behind the ear audible range aid that connects to an in the ear piece. This type usually stays on powerfully because it has two pieces holding it surrounded by. However you can also clip a wire onto her shirt and afterwards the wire have a loop on the end that go on the hearing aid and if it falls out it is still attached to her shirt. They use this profoundly with kids and near elderly people contained by your grandmas case.
