drink lots of water. also, if your exceedingly tired take partially hour naps. if you sleep for over an hour you will get up up with that groggy tired consciousness, but if you only sleep for partly an hour it re-energizes you. or just be in motion for a quick way of walking outside to take a break, and you will be more awake and set to study when you get subsidise. good luck
