Unavoidable prescription pills cause me to gain consignment, how can I resolve this problem?

I must take a combination of anti-depressants and Lithium, and cannot alteration the type, so is there a pious way of preventing the hunger that other strikes once or twice during the night? Thanks for your input.


Answers:    You can use foods that are specifically desinged to constraint hunger. High fiber foods such as fiber crackers, popcorn with little or no saline and no butter. Rice cakes near a little bit of butter on them. You can guzzle a little formerly going to bed. Not a lot purely enough to tide you over. Also you must relate your body it is not starving. You can utter it out loud or inside your pave the way but you must make up your mind that your body is not adjectives.
By eating a touch I mean a small handful of popcorn eat one by one. One slice of rice cake. 2 fiber crackers. Not all of them at like time. Pick one. Eat carrots, lettuce is a free food. Watermelon is a free food. Pickles are free food but think twice because they have profusely of salt. By free food I denote one with little or no calories. Watermelon will riddle you up big time. Grapes just a few.
I am sure you enjoy cravings for something sweet. Watermelon is sweet, grapes can be extremely sweet, have a teaspoon of honey. Tangerines can be sweet. If you resembling sour try pomegranates great for the heart too. So these are just a few things you can try. But drinking just the smallest amount especially if you are getting hungry past due at night is better than intake chocolate cake or a hamburger or whatever.
