Breathing surrounded by dust from house renovations and impression sick?

I have be renovating my house for the last month and it have been impressively dusty, especially when cutting 2x4 boards and fragment boards. I try wearing a mask as much as possible but copious times I forget or must take it bad for some reason or other. I enjoy started to have several symptoms that verbs me like continuous cuffing, reaction ill and tired most of the year, and also cold like symptoms approaching runny nose and sore throat.

I am getting myself sick breathing within this dust? When lungs get dirty do they ever restore your health and clean themselves up?

Thanks

Answers:    Dust is considered to be highly toxic. If you can sleep elsewhere and at least seize out to breathe fresh air commonly.

The body is wonderfully healing if we distribute it a chance.

I'd be concerned in the order of particle board because of bonding agent and such in it.

You are plausible overloading your immune system. Support it by taking 2 tablespoons of aloe vera juice each day and jump for 10 or 15 minutes on a mini trampoline, outside would be best.

Stay out of the dust as much as possible. Maybe a strong industrial enthusiast can be set up. May be able to obtain one from a recyle depot cheap or free.

Are you sure this is worth it? Can you take a couple of weeks past its sell-by date? Might be a good model.
First, I am hoping you are not a smoker, as this will only
build the problem worse. Sometimes one can get what is call environmentally ill, similar to symptoms of nausea, etc...

Try to keep the nouns well ventilate along with fan to circulate the air. Dust is not really perfect for you esp. if it contains asbestos or any other chemical such as from dry wall, etc..etc.

The lungs will clear up to a certain level, but be careful as not to breath contained by any hazardous material. Check beside your doctor just to be sure, he can tender you some good guidance and might even send you for a chest x-ray.

Good Health to you..
