non-smokers:
why did you choose no to smoke?
how out-of-date where you when you made the desicion?
re you ever tempt to try? If yes how do you deal beside the temptation?

How has your edict to quit using smoking benefited you?
Answers: I quit 23 years ago after smoking for about 12 years. I started because my fiance smoked and I be in the service and everyone else smoked.
I be smoking about to pack a day and coughing and hack like no tomarrow. I go to the doctor for something else and he gave me a choice, stop smoking or stop breathing. I quit the subsequent day. I used nicorette and it help tremendously. It was a bit difficult mortal around my wife because she kept smoking. She still does(she is now my x) and she sounds close to she has swallowed a frog when she discussions. I'll give her another 5 years or so (she'll be 55) up to that time she is taking up a grave sight.
As far as benefits, I consistency great. I can run, ski, swim, just more or less anything with out running wheezing to a certain extent, of coarse. Then again, look at adjectives the money I am saving. I can in a minute afford to fly at least once or twice a week for what it would own cost me to smoke.
It is a nasty and expensive mannerism.

smoking takes the calcium out of your bones making it easier to break them, not to mention it's horrible for your lungs.
i'm a non smoker because smoking is SUPER gross. it make you look 10 years older than you really are. sort you have wrinkles and pallid teeth and nails
