What is blue newborn syndrome?
Answers: It's a congenital birth deformity in which the child is born next to the great blood vessels transposed. The child can't bring back enough oxygen to it's tissues, so it normally has a bluish tint to it's mucous membranes and beneath it's nails even when at rest. As the child begin to walk, it is notice that it tires readily and often can be see squatting and appearing short of breath while other children the same age are busy playing sturdy.
There is a surgical procedure that can correct this situation, and it is done by age three.
It is basicly when a baby is born beside a lower amount of oxygen in their body. This scheme that not enough oxygen is getting to the baby's brain, so their skin's coloring have a tint of blue. For african-american babies, you can't really see this.
