I have a somewhat sharp distress that comes and goes and is located on the bottom vanished side of my abdomen.It is not ovulation,as it is not the correct time of the month for that.I've be told that appedicitis pain is feel on the right side.What could be causing this?(I am 42 years of age,btw,and hold no other symptoms like disorientation,etc.)
