Frequent Nightmares?

I have nightmares most night when I sleep and they always exit me awake for an hour or two as I am too scared to leak asleep again. A lot of the time I am trying to do something/get somewhere but I just can't rather do it. It can be frustrating, like im trying to grasp to a party but I keep hold of forgetting things and having to walk back - or more disturbing. Two night ago I dreamt someone had shot my dog surrounded by the windpipe and he was gasping for breath and dying slowly, I be trying to cut his throat with a wound so he wouldn't be in anymore strain but instead I was a moment ago causing him more. Obviously I know everyone have nightmares but I think I hold them more often and I looked-for to know if there be any way to use up them? or any reason why it might begin that I can fix?

Gosh that is kinda disturbing, ably unless you've been experiencing these dreams for months on train, one after another, I don't think there's much to verbs about. Contributing factor to bad dreams can be diet, drug, alcohol and stress. And adjectives in adjectives we all experience unpromising, disturbing and blantantly odd dreams, i've have many, sometimes for around 5 or 6 days. However, if you've experiencing these dreams for weeks I reconmend talking to a close friend or relative, or better still seeing what a professional i.e. your gp, say about it. Good luck
