If i do this, what will crop up?

If I cut my calories to 1000-1200 a day, increase my exercise from none to 30 min weights training (whole body workout), at lowest possible 30 mins of walking or cycling, and 75 crunches per day as powerfully as 30 min yoga twice a week, how much weight do you regard i would lose a week? Is this a good exercise plan? Thanks! (I currently weigh around 280lbs)


Answers:    I feel you will lose quite profusely of weight doing this. Maybe approx 6lbs or conceivably more in the first week or two afterwards it may go down a bit respectively week. Sounds good to me if you can stick to it. But dont forget if you are doing weights you will be building muscle which weigh more than fat so if you dont lose as much some weeks next don't be disheartened
Wow, that sounds like a great plan...merely be sure to include a good diet while adjectives the calories...
Your weight loss depends on your metabolism...so I really can't answer that...
You may be on some meds that sort it hard for you to lose bulk...so it's hard for me to donate you a number of pounds that you will lose.
