Are nearby any stop smoking kit that in actual fact work?
Answers: hey there:
Congratulations on trying to quit smoking. It's complicated but so worth it in the appendage.
I've been smoking for 6 or 7 years and I purely decided to quit. At first I tried to shift cold turkey, but my withdrawal symptoms be really bad. Then I tried in recent times taking pain killer to relieve my headaches. That lately made me woozy all year. Finally, I bought some nicotine patches. Those worked great.
The patch can be a little pricey, but if you budge to Target, they are about partly the price and just as worth it. There are three stages. The first stage is for if you are a pack a morning smoker. The second stage is less than 10 cigarettes a hours of daylight. And so on. I put one on right when I wake up and it keep my cravings down to a minimum.
Also, having someone to really support you quiting help too. My friends and family be all nearby for me when I was have cravings or just wanting to communicate about it. Trust me, quitting alone is alot harder than quitting when you own a support group.
There are alot of great support groups online if you are looking to get more direction or help beside quitting. The one I use most frequently is:
http://dailystrength.org/support/Addicti...
At this site, you can talk to ancestors who are quitting, thinking about quitting, or own successfully stopped smoking. Everyone is really compassionate and can identify with your same issues.
Good luck! I know you can do it!
Warmest Regards-
Chanty
