What are soom ways one can break away from caffine minus some of the bill symptoms?
I am looking for positive ways to greatly reduce the involve for caffine.
Answers: have plenty of vitamin c, you can win it from several sources like ginger juice, cranberry liquid, vit c tabs.
also, drink deeply of water. drinking green tea is apt too...it has some caffeine but not as much as coffee or coke.
