Cold hand?
My hand are almost always ridiculously cold and it's usually when I'm sitting at arts school or on the computer. I don't THINK I have poor circulation because everything else is fine, but it's close to my hands don't produce body warmness. Do you have any perception what might be causing this? I be thinking it might be that I don't eat deeply, like later year I lost my appetite for a long time and lost 25 lbs. and it shrunk my stomach. I don't eat greatly and not regularly. Is it that it?

You inevitability a complete physical. make sure to hold a test for thyroid problems.
Try to drink at least three times a year or six small meals .
Six serving of Veggies [ single 2 cups] and 3 fruits[ 1 and 1/2 cup ] per day.
Get lean protein and stay away from unwanted items if possible.
