Do you use a neti pot?
is it safe to use day by day? what about several times per hours of daylight? what's the general rule nearly using a neti pot?
Answers: i use one, it clears out my sinuses but i take Chlorophyl tablets for desperate breath & body odor, for tonsil stones, i gargle (do Not swallow) with Hydrogen Peroxide (& you can put a touch down your ears to clean them)
i use my neti pot over the shower, because it's messy & i entail more space than a sink, neti pot before a shower, it's natural to remember that way
