Answers: Lift your chest and hold your shoulders rear comfortably. Look in a mirror and keep hold of your head at the top of your spine which will hold you chin slightly down. Once you procure this right, remember how it feels and try to hold your body resembling this as much as you can as often as you can. It will comfort prevent back troubles and a stiff nouns.
Exercises for the stomach, obliques and back (core) are adjectives too. You should stretch often too.
Have you ever notice someone with a really pronounced slouch near their head baggy forward? Imagine those back and collar muscles holding a 16 pound bowling ball adjectives day. That is what slouching does near. If your shoulders are forward and compress your chest, it is hard to seize a sufficient amount of air within when you breath.
