Beyond undo , the infection parasites and germs can mutate into anti-biotic resistant organisms and become deadly .
But most relatives that 'must have' beer are brain dead anyway ,
Won't be a foremost loss .

They tell you not to drink so that the antibiotic doesn't net you sick. Many will make you vomit sternly, it has zilch to do with canceling out the efficacy.
