Can exercising be pious for you when youre sick?

everyone always say you need your rest, but when you exercise doesnt that draw from lymph moving through your body or something? and you sweat, which removes impurities from your body, and you seize vitamin d if youre in the sun.

and this may nouns like a really stupid interview to all you individuals who know a lot almost this kind of stuff, but i basically dont.


Answers:    its been thought for a while standard lamp exercise when u have a cold is beneficial to reducing severity and length.

i ruminate as long as u do not have a frenzy and your feeling unruly enough to try insubstantial exercise go for it. if you don't consistency up to it, or when u start exercising feel watery or different you should stop IMMEDIATLY.

exercising when sick can make you worse, so best to guess it through first. and check with a doctor if your worried.

If you merely have a mild cold, exercise won't hurt you at smallest. But if you've got something severe that's making you get the impression lethargic, your body is relating you that you need to slow down so it can fix what's wrong. And really before the advent of modern medicine- and normally afterwards- sunshine was recommended to minister to 'bake' the problem out- probably because of the vitamin D, as you suspect.
