A friend of mine who has an addiction to Vicodin and Percoset is finally quitting YAY!! He spoke near his doctor today and was told they are prescribing a patch and a "taper". What do they be determined by "taper"? Does this mean they're going to slowly wean him bad the drugs, or start having have him take smaller number and less respectively day? Or is it an actual pill or somthing of that sort that help to wean him off the pills? Can someone please answer? I can't find anything online.

Percocet is one of the most dangerous prescription drugs out nearby. I mean any derivitive from morphene would own to be, wouldn't it? Vicodin, not so much, though it is still pretty terrible.
