Ive always hear not to drink milk when you are sick. does soy milk have indistinguishable effect?

Answers:    no it does not.. the reason you are not supposed to drink milk when you are sick is because dairy is a foreign entity to your body.. your body is not meant to drink milk from another animal... so your body in half a shake tries to fight it near phlem.. and then your body cant focus on your other sickness... soy milk is not dairy so it is ok

Yeah i does trust me i abhorrence when i get sick cuz i love milk but it does enjoy the sam effect.
