Voice box too big?

is very big, other been resembling that, its too big!, like humiliated, why is it that big, is it meant to be similar to this or something that has made or making it this big.

Answers: i know ethnic group who have have theirs removed through illness, a voicebox of any size is better than none at adjectives

you can't feel your voice box...
how could it be discomfited?
