Answers: the best item to do when you cant sleep ,is to totally forget about sleeping and do something else, put on a flawless move, or read a book, go for a totter to the store, clean something you've be wanting to clean...do the dishes, do your homework. lately dint keep lay there trying to sleep, also you could drink some thaw out milk, have a hot shower/bath or if you can dance to the store or something you could get some NyQuil cough syrup, one tsp will own you sleeping in no time, but really, try to monitor a movie, or get into a pious show, you're bound to get tired. it sounds approaching you have insomnia. look it up on google for some tips. i hold chronic insomnia and found some great stuff! My friend had one and the same problem, but little did she know she found out that she had insomnia, you might hold it too if this is a everyday routine, google it or something so you can double check...
