i thought it was your body varying with the unknown time zone but i heard of individuals flying from here (Ireland) to England and having squirt lag!
that's almost an hours trip and i don't think here is a time difference! if there is consequently its only 1 hour!!


is it cause by a difference in time?

Answers:    the relations who fly short distances within matching time zone only catch tired not have shot lag ...squirt lag is when you fly some distance and metamorphosis into different time zones for eg. you may fly out at hours of darkness time but when you arrive it is morning so you stay awake which means you own missed out on your own sleep time...it can take a couple of days to detain up ...

it is caused by ample differences in time,,flying west to east is worse than flyin east to west,,,however China have only one time zone so you could argue that it is the differences within day and hours of darkness and our natural body clock
