Sometimes after I have a drink of cool hose down, I feel a rush of bake through my body and start to sweat a little. I acquire a little perspiration on my forhead and sometimes arms. I reflect on it might be because I am dehydrated but I am not sure. Does anyone know why?

1) Always drink lots of marine !!
2) Not sure of your age but as a person get a bit older this is completely common. (and annoying) especially after a dinnertime.

It is normal as your body is trying to regulate it's heat to what it is receiving.

thats intuitive and and your body is responding to the chillness of the water you drink... experiment next to drinking warm to hot river and this wont happen but you might still sweat somewhat...
