Has anyone else done this?

I don't know how to describe it, but it feels similar to I'm making electricity pulse through my brain. I feel (or hear?) a low throbbing. My friend can do it too, and I regard everyone can do it, it's just you would never judge of doing it. Is it bad for me to do this?
