Do they have indistinguishable amount of sweat glands as the rest of your skin? They never seem to aroma as salty as other areas. Such as the forehead. Or the pay for of a knee.

Answers:    Elaborating onto shabbys answer, yes and no.

During regular everyday life no.

During lactation the modified sweat glands AKA breast become busy and the bi-product AKA breast milk is discharged via the nipples. This isn't sweat as you would find in the skin elsewhere but technically speaking it is.
