Leg crampps?

i run around a football field everyday at conservatory, and on fridays (today) i run about a mile and a partially.
i'm getting really bad cramps surrounded by my left leg.
i stretch back i run;
it's only when i tighten my leg and later it brings on a cramp.
i know the obvious answer is not to tighten it, but it's liberal of annoying.
my leg is really sore, and it feels approaching i need to if that make any sense.
so, i don't think it's a charley horse because it doesn't of late come out of the blue.
any ideas? thanks<3


Answers:    I'd recommend staying really powerfully hydrated (by the time you get the effects of dehydration you're already dehydrated), and slow heat up downs are quite crucial especially beside such heavy exercise, try not to do too much between you're run and you're heat up down.
Also "A muscle that is markedly tired, not well-stretched, or held in poor posture may develop a cramp." Cramps are unusual things.
