Does anyone else surface approaching this upon wake contained by the morning? Most days I get up up w/ headache and / or nausea.?

I don't know why I feel this upon wake. Sometimes it goes away inwardly an hour or so, but most days it lasts the unharmed day. I've already see a doctor about this. He run some blood tests and checked my thyroid and everything come back commonplace. I started feeling resembling this around the year 2000 when I started having digestive and gallbladder issues. I have to have my gallbladder removed contained by 2004 in an emergency surgery. I be very sick beside bad gallbladder pains when I go to the ER & found out that my white blood cell count was really elevated & that my gallbladder had to be removed due to infection. I in half a shake started to feel better after the surgery and feel good a month after but next I started waking near the headaches I be talking more or less and feeling nauseaus. The simply thing I can deliberate of that could have anything to do beside these symptoms is that I continue to hold digestive issues. I brought up those issues at my docs apptmt. but he said digestive issues would not cause headache.

Answers:    do you get ample sleep?

i usually feel nauseaus too if i receive up too early, or if i didn't obtain enough sleep contained by the night.

if this isn't the problem i would consult a doctor or nutritionist. Also, i would do some research. (you'd be suprised at what you can find on the internet.)

hope that help
Are you drinking enough marine? I get headache when I am dehydrated. I would also suggest seeing a nutritionist who can analyze your diet and possibly point you in a direction that will relieve you to feel better on a daily basis.
