Can someone please, please gather me?!?!?! =]?

I have trouble sleeping. Every darkness is like torture as soon as I lay my go before down on the pillow. Don't advise any sensitive of sleeping pill or medicine, even if it's nonchemical and organic. My mother won't let me do anything of that sort. I've tried EVERYTHING. I've posted this examine hundreds of times, and yet still, I can't plunge asleep with the methods you guys enjoy offered. I've tried drinking warm milk, sleeping the other instrument, counting sheep, thinking of something pleasant, thinking of nothing, singing a soothing song surrounded by my head, taking a tub before bedtime....nil works. Please help?!?!?! Please!! serious answers ONLY please.


Answers:    Try relaxing 30-45 minutes in the past you actually want to sleep.
Eliminate adjectives distractions, i.e. TV, radio, lights (duh), etc.
Make the room you are sleeping in as pitch-black as possible, unless you need a nightlight, consequently make sure the street lamp is a soft color, not neon and distracting.
Try not to think too much, this will distract you from sleeping, instead simply relax your entire body.
Also, try not to devour to soon before bedtime, digestion usually keep you awake!

It sounds resembling you may be an insomniac, you need to aim medical advice, in that are various other treatments that do not include drugs such as cognitive behavior psychiatric help.
Insomnia can also be a cause of depression and severe condition issues if untreated.
