Answers: Ok depends where on earth you start but if we start in the lungs next to the lungs reoxgygenating the blood and entering the heart via the pulmonary vein, into the Left atrium consequently through the Left atrium valve (mitral value) into the vanished ventricle then out of the aortia tap and through aortia into the body via artieries. Then capillaries next veins as the used deoxygenated blood is returned to the heart via the Superior vena cava into the Right Atrium, through the Tricuspid tap inot hte Right ventricle. Blood is then pumped out the pulmonary tap thorugh pulmonary atery into the lings to be oxgenated.
The only entity I havent used if septum, which is basically a membrane that divides the moved out and right sides of the heart.
This is a very chief version of how heart works newly from my memory, however the following website has a great diagram and explanation
http://www.kidshealth.org/kid/body/heart...
The function of the right side of the heart is to collect de-oxygenated blood, surrounded by the right atrium, from the body and pump it, via the right ventricle, into the lungs (pulmonary circulation) so that carbon dioxide can be dropped off and oxygen picked up (gas exchange).
