I found some pills within my little brothers room and he say its vitamins -i devise it's bogus, can you identify

a pill that is greyish -white, or neutral blueish-white, it's hard to give an account, when I found them they where within a dirty bag.
The distinctive sap is an "S" on one side and nothing on the other

Answers: you could bring them to a pharmacist, explain the situation and ask them...because if you are worried you want to be sure...
