Does drinking a deeply roomy amount of dampen day by day negate some of my sodium intake?

I have a 32 fluid ounce hose down bottle, that I drink most of the day. I usually drink more or less 4-7 water bottles worth of sea daily. Say I consume 800 mg. of sodium, does drinking that much hose negate some of that sodium?

Answers:    If you are healthy, the body is completely good at retain the correct amount of sodium it requests and excrete excess water via the kidneys and a complex interaction of hormones. Problems may appear though if there is little sodium and excess marine over a long period of time, as you may become hyponatraemic (develop low blood sodium). If your kidneys are unqualified to excrete the excess water, the electrolyte content of the blood can be diluted, which can result within some quite severe strength consquences. In general, though, if you own a normal diet, and you're thriving, if is VERY rare to drink too much.

I am slightly concerned that you consistency you need to drink that amount of marine (7 bottles worth is about 6.6 litres - it is recommended you drink almost 2.2 litres/ 9 cups of water). If you feel thirsty adjectives the time, it might be worth getting it checked out, because it can be a symptom of conditions like diabetes and some hormone disorders (it might also be nil and you might just be within a very drying environment - but worth checking only to be on the safe side).

BTW the National Academy of Sciences' Institute of Medicine recommend a sodium intake of between1,500 and 2,400 milligrams per day.
Yes, you may be loosing electrolytes which your body requirements. Drinking a lot of marine is good, but near is a poitn to where its a moment ago too much.
