Answers:    pick up a karate or yoga class. the both do extensive stretching. just stretch.. try it 15 mintues a daytime twice a day.. weighty breaths and long stretches no bouncing.. relax when you do it and let the muscles stretch easily.. you will see a difference in a few weeks.. don't try to rush progress or you will hurt yourself
