this is really gross but i had to ask

I have to hold in a really discouraging pee, so i used my hands to stop it from coming. This be not too succesful, seeing half of it come out anyway. But some seemed to be in motion back within mid-pee (lol) and i felt and looked kinda bloated adjectives of a sudden! Is this dangerous?? I know this is probaly a stupid quiz but i was worried.

I'm a 12 year aged girl if it makes any difference.
