I have be my height for something like almost two years now. And I hold recently discovered that I am lactose intolerant. I know that drinking milk help you grow. But I can't go through the misery when I drink dairy. I also don't like to use vitamins. Can anyone bequeath me advice how I should return with my needed calcium everyday without spasm?
