Answers: You could just enjoy gastroenteritis. Focus on staying hydrated with anything you can hang on to down. SmartWater, Gatorade, and Powerade all own electrolytes in them. Replenishing the electrolytes you lose near diarrhea is vital.
You can try crackers if you want something on your stomach. Once you feel all right enough to resume drinking, start with the "B.R.A.T." diet. The B.R.A.T. diet is made up of (B) bananas, (R) rice, (A) applesauce, and (T) toast. It's effortless on the stomach and pretty bland.
Don't drink anything really cold. The extreme cold of a drink with rime in it can trigger stomach spasms which will organize to vomiting and/or diarrhea.
Immodium A.D. is also great for stopping diarrhea.
