My doctor from when i was a child is no longer working and might enjoy passed away.How can i get my doctor transcript from him and my records of the shots i received as a child?Are they contained by Nassau County Long Island or in Newyork State somwwhere?Are they on microfilm or Microfish.These archives start in 1968.
