Any reason that a human being would not feel effects of dilaudid or morphine? My 21 yr older daughter takes 150 mg of lyrica for fibromyalgia and be given dilaudud in the hospital for kidney stones. She have 12 mg in the hospital within 2mg intervals, about 20 mins apart and get MINIMAL pain nouns. He sent her home with 15-4mg tab, we followed up with household doc who couldn't believe she was walking and discussion and STILL had strain! He gave her morphine instead, she's taken 2 - 15mg tab, again, with little effect. Walking, chitchat, no slurring, perfectly functional. No dizziness, NOTHING! She weigh about 110lbs. Oh yeah, and in a minute she's coughing! ANYBODY, PLEASE!

Answers:    Pain medicines don't work alike way for everyone- that's chunk of the reason why in that are so many of them. Sometimes nation just hold to try different ones before they find the one that works best for them.
