Is this to much to do?
Mon.-go contained by early for extra backing with math
Tues.-Practice be4 college then tumbling after arts school
Wends.-Math Tutoring after
Thurs.- Morning prac. be4 school
Fri.-nothing extra
Sat.-Math tutoring surrounded by the morn. then other stuff
Sun. Get up precipitate for youth then Church afterwards tumbling that night
I also own to study/do homework.
I don't really get satisfactory sleep.
What can I do to insure agreat nights rest, and how can I own tons of energy throughout the sunshine?

Your "listed" schedule does not really lug that much time.
Take a look at what is not listed:
Meals
Time next to family
Time beside friends
Computer time
TV time?
You probably need to borrow some "friend time and computer/TV time" for study and homework.
When you are studying and doing homework... own nothing else on your mind. Learn to study more closely... concentrate
Set a regular ... earlier bed time.
For sparkle throughout the day do not skip meal. Be sure to get a stout breakfast . All meals should hold a serving of protein.
Have a dairy snack in the eveining beside milk or yogurt to sleep like a tot.
