I necessitate guidance what to do after Chiropractic visit...?

more or less 4 moths ago i started to feel the discomfort in the rear legs of my head (between nouns and head).
went to the doctor,she sent me to chiropractic.
Then i started to call round chiropractic almost every 3 days,and it helped alot.
After respectively visit i feel less spasm so after 3 months pain be completely gone and i stoped to visit chiropractic finnaly.
But...
Pain come back after 2 weeks!
Now im worried...
Chiropractic visits cost me alot and cant afford them anymore!
And how come the distress is back? Is in attendance any permanent solution to my problem?

i see one myself. you get to go spinal column. sorry. i couldn't walk when i met mine. presently after 4 yrs i can walk 10 blocks. try magnets..weird and wonderful i know and ice and warmness.
