My stools are not shaped/formed at adjectives. Is this unwell?

I don't think I enjoy diahrrea because the toliet water isn't cloudy or anything..............or do I??

Answers: As long as you are notion well and not constipated, you're doing fine. Nobody have perfect stools. You would know if you're have diahrrea! You'd have stomach cramps and you wouldn't surface well. :)
