Is nearby anything I can do to prevent myself from throwing up?
I just ate dinner and literally 5 minutes after I finished my stomach started going crazy, close to I could just discern it and hear it... anyways, its been around 45 minutes and its still moving around. I just go to the bathroom and could see pieces of my dinner that weren't even digested (sorry if I am grossing people out, but its the truth, and its natural). Everyone else who ate feel fine so I dont think it be the food. I have be sick for the past week and I am assuming that my body wasnt arranged for a big meal..
So anyways, the press is, although throwing up is important and probably a right thing if you put away something bad, is nearby a way to prevent yourself from throwing up, resembling is there something I can eat/drink, or is within a stretch or massage or anything really...I don't really get the impression sick, but I just want to relaxed my stomach and hopefully prevent myself from getting sick....
