Using The Computer In The Dark?

I use a lamp, but it isn't totally bright, when I go on the computer at dark, and I was wondering if it's bleak for my eyes? Thanks

I think it is fine. I do it adjectives the time i think conceivably if u can use one thats a little brighter but except thats okay. I think it will be okay if you use that hurricane lantern.
