Problems sleeping at darkness.?
Answers: First do the obvious...don't drink caffeine back bed. Make sure you are not forcing yourself to stay up later than your body requests to-once you get a second entwine it's hard to shut down. If you find yourself thinking more or less a million things-quiet your mind. Try counting backwards from 100 in your mind. Force your self to visualize respectively number as you think it. If you find your mind wandering...trademark yourself start over.
If you've been laze on the couch all day-it may be harder to nose-dive asleep. Make sure you get some physical distraction about an hour up to that time time to sleep (any closer to bedtime and you might be too amped to drift off.)
Make sure your body is relaxed. consciously release any tensed muscles. (Are you clenching your mouth without realize?
And finally....try closing your eyes instead of staring at the ceiling. It might help. :-)
Maybe you could appropriate some medications hun?
