I'm ailing.. whats wrong?

Im ill .. And i obligation a rough idea of what is wrong.

I enjoy a very saw throught.
Stiff collar
Feeling Weak
Slightly stiff joints
Feeling sturdy.
hurts to swallow.

Any ideas?
