I go and get nosebleeds a great deal. they typically be in motion from 5min to 50min. i dont pick my proboscis or anything. Is it average?

Roll up a half a sheet of toilet tissue , screw it into your snout and lean forward to bleed into the tissue , if you lean back you'll bleed into your stomach and could bleed to passing.
Leave the tissue in in the region of 10 minutes , screw it out. There should be a long clot. If it all doesn't come out together (it should) benignly blow. The nose bleed is over.
