Do you ever discern as though you own the best intentions but procrastination get contained by the path?

I always own the best of intentions (i.e. to work on my home-based business marketing materials, to exercise, to clean the house, to read, etc.) but I other get mired by procrastination. I am always battle with my mind clich¨¦ "I can do it later" or "I have adjectives weekend to do it, what's the rush?". Is it as simple as breaking the habit and getting things done or is this a mental issue?


Answers:    I regard procrastination is a defense mechanism for overload. There are so frequent things that we want to do and especially if you are a perfectionist. You need to travel easier on yourself and do or commit to less, at lowest to start. Find something that will be gratifying to accomplish so you can enjoy the notion of accomplishment. Let that feeling of fulfillment give support to to motivate you to the next obligation. Do NOT try to multi-task. You will shut down. If there are 3-4 things that entail to get done, simplify them and own a time set aside for each. Don't try to do them adjectives at once. again. You will shut down! Go from win to win and plan them out. Idea: work backwards- identify your major desire example; start selling on e-bay. Break down the steps to carry started, write them down and go after it 1 step at a time. Good luck from one procrastinator to another!
