I have just now started 2 new medication, one being nuva ring (birth control) and one human being levothyroxine. I have be having some side effects including trouble sleeping, SEVERE mood swings, and alot of headache. I know that the headaches can be side effects from both, and the mood swings can be from the nuva ring, and the trouble sleeping can come from the thyroid med.
Im not sure what I should do, both are pretty far-reaching right now. Just looking for some direction, maybe someone is identifiable with both?

Answers:    I mull over that any medications that make happen severe side effects. like headache (which should not be ignored) should be discussed with your doctor. He could communicate you if there is any cotraindications between the two medication that you are taking. Also try going to WebMd.com to research the medications you are taking. There are alway other option.
but most important other listen to what your body tells you.
If you don't be aware of right, then usually something isn't right.
