Morning tiredness?

Recently I've been getting incredibly tired in the morning -- so much that I can just about keep my eyes break open. I have to get hold of up at 8 to school. I don't own any trouble getting to sleep or waking up during the dark and I think I'm getting satisfactory hours sleep. Otherwise, I'm quite fine and have no illnesses.

I tend to get up up only 3 or more hours after I've woken up. After that, I don't get the impression too tired.

What could be the cause for my tiredness within the morning? (I do eat breakfast by the way). What should I do just about it?

Answers:    What time are you going to bed? Try going to bed earlier. Also, could you be snoring/having sleep apnea that boundaries your oxygen during the night and can head to tiredness.
