There are no pills that can guarantee to make you elapse out within a minute or so, whether it be pure or artificial. The only type of product that could do that could potentially wipe out you just as against the clock because it would have to poison you ample to make your body shut down or it would hold to remove the oxygen from parts of your body and make you intervene out.

If you are looking for something to help you sleep (promoting drowsiness or whatnot), you could try and of several unconscious products. There's Melatonin, L-Tryptophan, 5-HTP, Scullcap (an herb... it just sounds bad), L-Taurine, and Passionflower. If you want a drug instead, you could try any of several signature brands of Diphenhydramine.

If you wanted to miss out (not sleep, but pass out) inwardly under a minute, you could own someone help you by adjectives off your oxygen or using Chloroform to knock you out. Good luck!
why not try reading... praying to unclog your mind...
taking sleeping pills the end priority and it is habit forming.
my mom is a intensely good example - from valium to lexotan and the doctor increased her dosage! presently she stopped taking because these two medicines no longer work. she have learned to relish natural sleep in a minute.
some medicines and herb are---
melitonion,
herb valerian,
benadryl.

along with this,a intuitive way is--
bear a heavy teatime before sleep(although not right) ,sit within a chair for sometime and next see!
I agree with the 2nd answerer .. taking sleeping pills should be the later resort. There's a risk of getting addicted to them, if they are prescribed diazepam type pills.

And then you are not really dealing near the CAUSE of the problem, you're just mask it. So it really is better to try some natural methods.

Like - why you enjoy a problem falling asleep. Are you eating or exercising belated in the evening? This can disrupt your sleep. Unresolved tension can keep you up. Even other medication can influence your sleep patterns (e.g. when I first started taking anti-depressants, my mind would start race at night, making it impossible to sleep. I told the doctor, and he changed the timing of when to purloin the meds, and my sleep problem disappeared).

Simple things like twisted down about an hour past you want to sleep, really can make a difference .. meditation, reading, prayer, journalling .. sometimes we are so busy thinking planning and worrying something like the next light of day that we can't sleep till we've figured it adjectives out. So winding down enable us to put some of it away, and relax. A nice warm tub, a mug of hot milk, both of these can help.

There are also some herbal teas that are unbelievably relaxing. One is chamomile flower tea, and the other is rooibos (a South African tea). They don't actually contain 'tea' so there's no caffeine. And you drink them black minus milk. I add a teaspoon of honey sometimes. They're awfully nice and calming.

I'm not sure rooibos is commonly available surrounded by India, but I know chamomile tea is easily available. There's a brand call Jay that I buy, that sells it surrounded by boxes of teabags, so no headache even to prepare.

Some deep breathing exercises lying surrounded by bed can also settle you down, or counting backwards from 100 - I think this one help because you focus oncounting and forget other things, and so you end up falling asleep contained by the middle of it. When I try it I don't think i budge below 80!

Also if you smoke, don't smoke just until that time going to bed. You'll sleep better.

Good luck and good dark!
Nyquil works great!

There are 3 new sleep meds on the open market. You do need a prescription, but they WORK! And they are not habit-forming! Ask your doctor for Lunesta, Rozerem, or Ambien CR. The CR scheme they not only put you to sleep, but they hold you asleep. It doesn't sounds like you requirement that.

Anyway, you can take these every darkness! Call your doctor now! Good luck! :)
when you find one please permit me know i have almost two hours sleep every night and I'm knackered
